An Executor is a person who carries out or performs the assignment or activity. The responsibilities of Executor are as follows: 1)Resolve SR within agreed service levels2)Escalate the unresolved SR to higher support levels at the appropriate time 3)Communicate the SR status as per agreed frequency to customer and other internal and external stakeholders as applicable4)Interface with other process/ function as required to resolve5)Perform post checks after completion of the activity Availability; reachability over Skype/phone/email during the shift Technical SkillsGood knowledge S/4 HANA; SAP BASIS and SAP FIORI;- Experience administrating S/4HANA and SAP ERP/ECC- Particularly good understanding of; and troubleshooting skills for: user management; Trust Manager; Security Audit Log; Authorization Objects; and RFCs- Strong knowledge of public/Private and Hybrid cloud concepts- At least basic knowledge of network and storage concepts- Good debugging and problem-solving skills- SAP BTP and its integration- SAP cloud connector for On Premises system- Identify top issues; define service plan; and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscape- Deep experience in technical planning; implementation; configuration and integration of SAP solutions.
